Unforg-etsy-able

Was Etsy made for these products, or were these products made for Etsy? The Plato of crafts I am not.

Etsy has always been a favourite browsing buddy of mine, whether it's for a new bag, a cute tote or an unusual gift for a friend; and while these products don't necessarily do a stand up job of featuring some of the bold and beautiful pieces that Etsy sellers produce, I think they do pretty well to highlight some of the amazing, if not bloody barmy products to be found on the site. Take for instance, lil' Nicolas here....

Some other thoughtful, if not a little off-kilter Etsy products include....

Yeti Breath Lip Balm: A fresh blend of jojoba, shea butter and lemon snow cone flavouring. Just the ticket for those with chapped lips and beastly morning breath.

Bill Murray: Baby Zissou: I can't, even.

Cookie Cutters: Who knew that the cookie cutter industry was coming up such trumps? Pregnant lady cookie cutters. Glue pot cookie cutters. Manta ray cookie cutters. Latte cup cookie cutters. Shark cookie cutters. Looks like they have chocolate chipped it into the back of the net.

Microbe Cross-Stitch: Because when your symptoms are all up in arms, and you've no doctor to turn to, you've a darling cross stitch with which to diagnose with.

That should probably be a wrap. I encourage anyone to pick a word, enter it into the Etsy search bar and let the sellers imagination do the rest. I'm hoping to do a feature on some of my favourite Etsy sellers soon enough, including the likes of Bookhou and more, but I thought this my be a bit of a playful post to start off with!
